To answer your question, CME, I applied as an undecided major.

I haven't heard yet, and I also didn't get a "likely letter." What do the likely letters mean and why are only some people getting them?

any news today... anybody?

are we sure that the decisions were mailed out last friday?

yep! I got my acceptance today! Financial aid also came!

TERRIFIC package...they gave me a ton of money. Right now Skidmore would be cheaper than the state schools I applied to.

I'm still waiting for my mailman, I swear he is THE SLOWEST mailman EVER!!!

I GOT IN!!!!!!!! and I also got a terrific package....cheaper than my state schools also!!!!!!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got in!

here in Seattle.

I got in. But I expected to because its one of my safeties...I probably won't end up there.

waitlisted... those of you who got in, would you mind posting your stats? thanks

Got in. Excellent grant for my upper tax bracket.

3.5 GPA top 10%, 4.2ish weighted.
31 ACT
Excellent recomendations (one from a Senator)
Stand our EC's

Decision: accepted
GPA: 3.4/3.5 (not really sure - school doesn't calculate GPA's)
ACT: 26 (but 35 on english)
SAT: Reading: 630 Writing: 690 Math: 580
Recs : didn't see them

I go to a small, well-known private school, so that boosted my GPA. My scores weren't great, but my writing and english were high, and I sent in a writing portfolio.

I have a lot of EC's too.
