Decisions?

What the odds for us to get decision today?

I got in!!! Economics-business program!!!

My OOS son got in – does UBUS Business mean he was admitted into the business school??

I would assume so

I got in to Computer Science and Engineering with a 31 ACT and a 3.7/4.03 GPA unweighted/weighted.

@verbenatea‌ Did you have all your transcripts, test scores, etc in by november 1?

Yup! transcript and recommendations were last items in and got there by Oct 14th.

Accepted at Purdue; still in evaluation at OSU. Uggh.

@llikewilco I was accepted at Purdue today as well. I was accepted Ohio State 11/21 BUT only to Exploratory.
Didn’t make the Pre-Eng cut so… what to do??? Waiting to hear from a couple others and all are OOS so finances will also come into play.

Admitted today!!
Stats:
ACT 32 SAT 2110/2400 & 1370/1600 GPA 3.9 uw Class rank 18/428 (4.2%) uw 5 APs + 7 this year
OOS and applied EA on Oct 31 for Biology.
Do you think I have an alright chance at Honors? Also, would it be a lot of trouble to change my intended major? From A&S into the Engineering college?

i know several who have transitioned into the Engineering school after a year in exploratory, so that’s still not a bad way to go if OSU is your first choice. My parents have tuition remission at the University of Cincinnati, so that will be difficult to overcome.

Just saw that I was admitted! Anybody else planning to major in neuroscience?

@queenbee1 Did you get an email? or did you have to check buckeye link account to find out?

@Sugoi15‌ No email. I just went into the app status tracker and saw my acceptance there

@queenbee1 Ok thanks- I guess I have to keep checking. When did you apply? and when were all your supplementary materials in by? I’m starting to get paranoid, as I haven’t received a decision yet (but I applied last minute: 11/1)
