<p>Siem, there is no such thing as a “safety” school this year, regardless of how impressed you are with your “prestigious” credentials.</p>
<p>fivewinks, admissions does not really have that much to do with legacies. sure, there are legacies here, but they’re just as qualified as all the other kids who get accepted. don’t blame the fact that you got rejected on legacies. and ditto c3606–we are definitely NOT a safety school. maybe y’all will now realize that w&l is way more legit that you gave us credit for</p>

<p>pinkpineapple, you have scores that lots of us dream of. I’m glad for you that you got in here and am amazed you were waitlisted at 4 others. I’d admit you in a heartbeat!!! ;)</p>
<p>just to add to general2011’s comments, I know of FOUR legacies (as in their fathers went to W&L) who did not get in the past two years. Heartbreakers. One had a 32 on the ACT.</p>
