Decisions?

Hi CCers,

I was wondering what the protocol for decisions is with Bard. Do they mail em on April 1st? Big envelope = accepted, thin one = rejected?

Thankss!!

Thin envelope for acceptances! Don’t worry when you see one.

I think they probably sent them out today, but at the latest they will release decisions on wednesday. I mean I don’t work in the admissions office so there isn’t any way for me to know, but last year they released decisions around this time.

I know that they didn’t send anything to int’s, at least not to me. I think they’re sending it out the next week

D’s was in a small envelope (2 years ago) but it was in a cardboard folder so it was thicker than normal. Good luck!

Bard’s web site is down and it says “Bard’s website is temporarily unavailable. Updated information wil be available shortly.” Anyone has any idea why?

Probably normal system maintenance. As I recall, no admissions decision info appears online (although this could have changed in the last couple of years).

Yep, the website is back on. Stradmom do you maybe remember when your daughter’s decision was postmarked?

@ SpiritManager- “Thin for acceptances” meaning regular letter-sized envelope or a thin 8X10 envelope?

TAKE NOTE: ACCEPTANCE LETTERS ARE THE SAME SIZE AS WAITLIST AND REJECTION LETTERS! DON’T THROW YOURS AWAY UNTIL YOU’VE ACTUALLY READ IT!

Lulu - it was a few days before April 1…so any day now, I’m guessing. Good luck!!
