on the application, it only asked about our interested field of study..whic i put biochemistry and biology..

<p>What you say on the application really means nothing. You can schedule an appointment with an advisor in the department you want to concentrate in as soon as you get here (though I think I was one of the very very people who officially declared first semester freshmen year).</p>

<p>Nope, I think that you have to decide by the end of your sophomore year.</p>
<p>It's highly suggested that you declare by the end of your sophomore year at the latest so you have two years to complete your upper level course work, but it's not required.</p>
