Can I declare into a major (Media Studies or Polisci) after the spring semester of my sophomore year and still be in time for the telebears in the fall of junior?

Thanks

yes. I declared poli sci spring semester of Freshman year and was able to be in time for telebears Fall of Sophomore year.

No I meant after the spring semester of SOPHOMORE year? Or is that the same thing? O_O

yes… it’s the same thing.
Because telebears don’t discriminate based on which year you are.

The issues is how fast declarations are processed…
and I’m saying they get processed within 2 weeks, definitely on time for telebears.

And if your questions is when you can declare. For most majors, it’s whenever. For impacted majors, it’s your 5th semester or 80 units (which ever one comes later).

just declare 2-3 weeks before telebears begins, though i recommend at least a month in advance because it takes awhile to process. some offices limit declaration b/c students need advising codes so they get swamped with that.
