<p>If you’re asking about the College, you’re required to declare your major by the end of your sophomore year. The intended major you indicated on your application has no impact on the major you ultimately choose (unless you want it to :)). Many–if not most–students in the College end up majoring in something other than what they had indicated as their intended majors in their Penn applications (as do many, if not most, college students in general).</p>
