To Whom It May Concern (and hopefully it concerns somebody),
I recently accepted an offer of admission from a university in my city. The school gave me a $20,000 ($5,000/yr) scholarship and I received grants. I had thought that it would cover the total COA but I stand corrected. I declined the loans earlier but now believe they’re essential. Any thoughts on what I should do? Thanks.
