<p>My daughter just clicked the button on the My UW website to decline her admission, as she has settled on another school. Closing the door on Madison was hard, but she felt it was the right thing to do so that someone else can have that spot. I would encourage others to do the same. If you're holding on to your Madison acceptance, but know you won't attend, don't wait until May to give up your spot.</p>
<p>I was thinking about that the other day and just said no to a few of the schools i was accepted to. It was hard to do, just because I haven’t finalized any decision yet, but it was definitely the right thing to do with other kids wanting those spots.</p>
