Declining stadium scholarship program

Hey everyone. I recently finished my special scholarship application and did not realize I clicked that I was interested in the SSP program. Should I call and ask them if they can get me out of the consideration for that scholarship program? I was also wondering if I could decline the scholarship if i did get it. I looked online and it said nothing about declining a scholarship.

If you get offered a scholarship, you have the option to decline it in your student portal. You may have to do this yearly, or just call Student Academic Services, they may be able to help.
