Declining value of universities

<p>as an engineer, you learn more about the job in one year than you ever could in school. From your standpoint, people should just take the core courses, graduate early, and become certified. If it were that easy, everybody would do it. It’s inefficient in that it raises the barrier for entry level positions, but it’s beneficial in that your entry levels are more qualified and better long term investments as professionals in their fields.
