Decreasing Standardized Testing Scores....

I have plans of applying to some selective schools, and a couple of them require your entire standardized testing history and my standardized testing scores are somewhat odd. Is this a red flag? I started at a 1390 SAT sophomore year and then received a 1360 the next year. When I took the ACT in February, I received a 26. I wasn’t familiar with the formatting whatsoever and I did not prepare for it at all. This was also a "school sponsored’ test and I wasn’t really planning on taking the ACT, but it was still poor judgement on my part to not prepare for it. I already sent my ACT score to a couple selective schools that I’m still interested in applying to using the four free score reports, should I retake?

** This was a draft I had saved and I have since then received a 1480 on my third SAT

However, I am still concerned by this weird trend present in my testing history. Do you think it’ll hurt my chances?

I doubt it, as schools are going away from scores as a whole. If they say on there website they will only evaluate your highest scores then that is what they will do.
