Honors college member at TCU
Dean's list fall 2012 and fall 2013(expected)
Applying to COLA-undecided and UGS
Hope to have app in by mid January

Chances for me? Thanks for all help!

I also had one small question about transfer credits that I'm hopeful someone can answer. When I entered in my courses on the ATE site, most of them came back with a course listing at UT. However, when I entered in 2 of my honors-level poly sci courses, it just said something to the effect of "gov. 3 hrs". Would these 2 courses still count towards my transfer Gpa? Thanks for the help.

Finally, I had another question about cola. What are the easiest majors to be admitted to cola besides "undecided"?

UPDATE- i’m now applying COLA- GOVT, and then COLA- Undecided

GPA for 2 poly sci classes only- 3.67
hope to get 2 recs from honors poly sci profs, one very familiar with UT govt dept.

I believe that “gov. 3 hrs” will be counted as elective.

I don’t see any reason why UT will not accept an Honors student on the Dean’s list.

Don’t forget to apply for transfer scholarships. You might get something as Honors student.

Thanks very much Ya Ya. The positive feedback on here has made the application process that much easier. Any other chancers?

Bump… Anyone else?

Btw, which one is easier to get into?- UGS undecided or COLA-undecided?
What do they factor in for each one?
