<p>I'm applying to Deerfield Academy for freshman year 2011-2012. My grades are:

Science: B (I'm working on it)
Also, my grades haven't been averaged with my exam grades yet so I imagine they will all go up a bit. My grades from 7th and 6th grade are much better, straight A's. </p>

Academic: Scholar Award, Presidential Honors, Math League Award, and Valedictorian
Athletic: Presidential Fitness Awards, National Fitness Awards, Bronze Eagle Award, and my field hockey team placed first in the Pumpkin Classic Tournament
Attitude: "Community" Award and "Most Committed" for my fh team
Arts: Won a contest to promote Earth Day, Lead roll in a school play</p>
<p>My essay and short answer are pretty good, however I do not expect my SSAT score to be very good at all (I take it in January). I am from the Midwest, so I might have an extra boost there. I know the extremely low acceptance rate, do you think there is anyway I could get in? Also, does anyone have any tips for me? Thank you!</p>
