Deferred Acceptance Rate?

I feel U guys...
I was at the campus the other day and I asked what they did with the deferred applicants...the lady didnt really answer my question but said that we were still "very strong candidates"...but who knows?...I think we should all be hopeful...but still be prepared for disappointment...im trying my best to get ready for the worst...ALSO, one of my other friends who is like a college application know-it-all said that deferred applicants at most schools are looked at AFTER the RD applications (because they already read our stuff earlier)...so...g'luck to all of us!

btw...less than a month...OH SNAP!

Is anyone else feeling like an idiot for applying early to Stanford?

Sort of... I mean I don't regret it since it is my first choice and all, but applying early made me lose motivation to apply to other schools. I put my whole self into the app and after that, I was just burned out. I think I would have done a better job on my other applications if I had applied RD to Stanford. But what's done is done! I'll see what they say. Dang waiting!

Has status changed on any deferred canidates? My deferral letters is the only thing I see under status. Is there a place to see if the defrerred update form was received?

Nope, that's part of the reason I'm regretting applying early. Stanford will not confirm that they recieved your optional update form, not even if you call admisstions. Grrrr.

I have to second the grrrrrrrrrrrr.

So do we not hear anything until decisions time?
