Deferred at U of M--What are the Odd of Getting In?

<p>Does anyone have the stats on the number of applicants deferred last year and the number who were ultimately accepted from that group?</p>

<p>Anyone know how many of the pre-November 1 applicants were deferred this year?</p>

<p>They won’t release those numbers for a long time (most likely not until next year). I can tell you I know a LOT of people who were admitted after being deferred last year, including myself. It seems that only the top applicants get admitted in the EA process.</p>

<p>Michigan does not break down admissions data. It does not publish admissions data for EA applicants, deferred applicants, IS applicants or OOS applicants.</p>
