Hey, so I was deferred EA for UofC,
I was wondering if you guys could look at my stats and help me figure out in what ways I could enhance my application for the RD pool. I know that the acceptance rate for deferred students is pretty low, but its UofC, so the acceptance rate for the entire applicant pool is pretty low either way.

Stats:
ACT: 31
GPA: 3.76 unweighted (I'm a candidate for the IB diploma)
white, lower-class female

EC's:
Class President 4 years
Captain of the Swim Team (2 years captain/4 years swimming)
*not fast enough to be a varsity athlete in college
Secretary of the Mayor's Youth Council (1 year)
Executive Board of the Youth Grant Committee (2 years)
Volunteer tutor/mentor (4 years)
Started a poetry club at the local library(2 years)
Started a School Coffee Shop (2 years)
Started an ACT tutoring club (2 years)
Environmental Club Member (3 years)
I was in 3 musical theater productions
After school choir (2 years)
Chinese Language Program/Chinese Speech competitor (2 years)
Worked on Youth Committee to design a new exhibit at the public museum (2 years)
Employed at a Chinese Restaurant (1 years)
Captain of the Color-Guard team (2 years captain/3 years on the team)
Marching/Concert/Jazz Band (First Chair Flute for 1 year/4 years in band)
Participated in Michigan State University's "Health Science Scholars Institute" for pre-pre-med students (1 year)
National Honors Society (3 years)

I registered to take the Bio e/m, Math Level II, and Literature SAT subject tests in hopes to raise my chances for acceptance in the RD pool. I'm also taking two coursera classes, one of which is hosted by UChicago. I just got the job at the chinese restaurant, so that would be a new thing to report, but I'm just not sure what else I can do. I already had an interview before I was deferred. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Please be brutally honest with me, constructive criticism is welcomed. I'm applying to a couple of smaller LAC's and a few more high reach schools (Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, Tufts, Northwestern, UofM, NYU) and a few safety schools. What would you guys consider a good 'match' school for me?
