Deferred by Ohio state university

I was recently deferred by Ohio state. By deferred, this means that my application will be subject to another review and that a final desicion will not be made until after February 1st. I have some questions.
1) what are my chances o being accepted after being deferred with a 3.8 and a 24 on the ACT? I have A LOT of extra curriculars and I am a part of prestigious groups of my school such as national honors society. I am also in the top 20%. I offer diversity and I take multiple AP courses.
2) what is Ohio state going to look at the second time around? Is there anything specifically they look for with deferred applicants?

You can see where your ACT stacks up as well as what they are looking for by examining the tables in section C of the Common Data Set -

Basically, your application did stand out against the other EA or ED candidates so they want to see how it compares with the rest of the applicants in the RD round. Could be that your ACT is not as good as your GPA???
