I was deferred from LMU during the early action application round, but I’m fairly confident that I’ll get in. I’ve sent in my 7th semester transcript and they’ve received it. I’m just curious as to how long it’ll take for them to get back to me? I mean, it’s rolling and they’ve reviewed my whole application prior to regular decision. Is it safe to assume they’ll let me know by the end of the month?
I’m anxious about this too! Did you by any chance receive a financial aid email from them recently??
@onmyway1 i actually did receive an email on feb 5th about financial aid! is that a good sign??
@onmyway1 couldn’t it mean that they have received all the necessary documents?
@harrycrow I’m a deferred EA applicant too and I periodically receive emails about MyAid, I don’t know if that is a sign, but it’s better than not hearing anything at all I guess.
@instajordy that is what I’m hoping. I got an email saying my FA was completed.
@instajordy – we recieved an email too that said something had been updated on the financial aid…but when I went there I think the only difference from before is the word ‘complete’ after ‘received’ on the FAFSA. Is that what changed on yours? (My daughter was accepted RD on 2/5 via email, we got the acceptance email the same day we got the MyAid update email).
