Deferred from UCF. Now what?

I applied in early November as an AA transfer student from a community college and logged on to see:

*An admission decision is being deferred pending receipt of an updated official college transcript showing grades from your most recent semester completed. Transcripts should be sent to UCF Undergraduate Admissions, P.O. Box 160111, Orlando, FL 32816-0111.

Disclaimer: This is your current status. Your status is subject to change at any time depending upon receipt of new information and further review by the Admissions Committee, and may be confirmed in writing via a letter from the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions.*

I just electronically sent in my latest transcript with my Fall 2010 grades in which I received straight A's. Do i just wait now?

I just got deferred as well. Pending semester grades but i sent in my transcript after my first quarter grades were in. Did UCF see my first quarter grades or will they only see it when combined as a semester grade?

How do the summer admissions work? do i have to re apply or can i have my application moved for the summer term or is it too late?

Im a highschool student btw. 3.4 UW GPA 1210/1600 SAT

Excellent! You need to make sure that your community college has sent those new transcripts to UCF. Not sure how your school works. To make sure, I’d check with your CC’s registrar in case you have to formally request these new ones be sent.

Update: Accepted fall 2011!!!

congrats! =]
