Hello, I was recently deferred by Columbia and I'm actually writing an email rather than a letter of continued interest. I just had a quick question, what should the subject of the email be? Just "Letter of Continued Interest" or "Email" or should it be something a less formulaic? Please help!

I would put your name – and then Letter of Continued Interest in the subject line. So Jack Hopeful - Letter of Continued Interest. Are you sending directly to your regional rep? director of admissions? an assistant dean that you interviewed with or had any email exchange?

@Ramon712 I’m emailing it to an email called “ugrad-confirm@columbia.edu” so I assume it goes to a director of admissions. This is where I was told to email it from the status page, along with another kid who recently called them.
