Deferred, Looking for some input

Hey, so I know there are a lot of threads like this, but I’m just wondering what my chances were of getting in after getting deferred. My stats are
White Male
4.3 gpa (3.95 UW)
35 ACT (36R 36E 34M 35S 33W) (superscore)
1590 SAT (800 M, 790 R, perfect writing) (one sitting)
AP tests: Calc BC (5, 5 AB subscore) Lang (5) APES (5) Gov (5) Psych (4)
Senior Courseload: Principles of Physics 1 and 2 w/ lab, Principles of Chemistry 1 and 2 w/ lab, macroeconomics and english composition 2 all dual enrolled at UNG, and Linear algebra and multivariable calculus dual enrolled at GT

My ECs were mainly work and Boy Scouts (senior patrol leader, eagle scout) and Environmental Science club

I applied as Environmental Engineering early, but got deferred. I got a B in AP Calculus BC junior year and got a B in Linear Algebra this semester, but other than that all As. I’m in the Distance Learning program too. My essays were good not great (main one about going against the life plan my parents had laid out for me to pursue environmental engineering at Georgia Tech) and no disciplinary problems or anything like that. In my deferred supplement I just clarified a few things about my essays that, upon rereading, were not very clear.

I suppose my main question is, who gets deferred, and who gets accepted after being deferred. Also, how easy is it to transfer to Tech from UGA. If I get denied my plan is one semester at UGA then transfer in (I have the credits thanks to dual enrollment).

Yeah man, ur pretty much screwed. No way you’re getting in

Wow, those are great stats. There was an article today about record applicants at GT:
