Deferred Low Division Transfer

<p>I have recently been deferred as a low division transfer. I currently attend USF and I have 30 credits with a 3.8 GPA. After this spring semester, I will have 45 credits. I applied for UCF for summer 2014. What can I do to strengthen my application? Should I reapply for fall 2014 and send my spring grades? Help :( </p>

<p>Also, my HS isn't the best.
Weighted: 3.7
Unweighted: 3.4 or 3.5?
ACT: 22 </p>
