I just got a postcard in the mail about the annual deferred payment plan and that we could sign up for it on SISWEB. Does anyone know when we can start registering for it? I tried to sign up for DPP just now but was given the message

Only thing is, though, under account summary, it already shows what my registration fees are.

I got the same message when I tried, which is weird because myBill.ucdavis.edu also has my fees totaled up.

I’m guessing it will be available after August 22nd because that’s when we find out our housing assignments.

Where’d you hear August 22nd is when we’d find out our housing assignments? I was told “mid-to-late August” on the housing application site and wasn’t given a specific date.

They told us during the housing lecture at orientation. They could be wrong though. I heard that they didn’t find out till August 31 last year.

Oh, okay. I couldn’t attend the housing lecture during my orientation session (I went to the one for transfer students) since my advising time interfered with the housing lecture time, so I didn’t hear anything about it.

From the Housing Web site:

Housing Assignments To Be Issued Week of August 22, 2011
Student Housing will send residence hall and Single Student Apartment (SSA) housing assignments to students’ UC Davis email addresses during the week of August 22, 2011. All students who have applied for the residence halls and SSA should check their UC Davis email daily.

I already know how many roommates I will have. I signed up for double occupancy with the frequent diner (no Aggie Cash included) meal plan, and my costs match up exactly with what I designated when I sent in my application. I have a copy of the fee schedule printed out and in my folder.

But thanks, though.

hey, who’s considered eligible for the Deffered payment plan? I tried to sign up, but got this msg instead… I’m really confused

“You are not currently eligible for the deferred payment plan since your plan principal is calculated to be zero. If you think this is an error please contact Student Accounting at 530-752-3646.”

Hi, does the deferred payment plan take effect immediately? or do you have to wait a while before it makes changes to your mybill.ucdavis.edu?

sorry for the double post. Do I still have to pay the amount that is due by 9/15? Did anyone who signed up for the DPP pay the 9/15 fee?

I’m having the same problem. I signed up for DPP and it said that it went through, but mybill keeps saying I have to pay $6000 on the 15th. Does it take a while to process or something?
