<p>Our payments were directly withdrawn from our bank account on the first of each month. They also send you a reminder a couple of days before the money is withdrawn, which is helpful. It worked out fine, but you cannot pay by credit card without a big fee attached. I think we will just pay up front and pay by credit to get the airline miles next year.</p>
