<p>3.7 and 31 ACT. Don't ask me how he didn't get in, his EC were decent too. And somehow my other friend with a 3.5 and 27 gets in and his EC are decent and two alumni parents. Hmm</p>
<p>zkevin, my friend didnt get an email or anything, so were assuming hes deferred. his stats are 30 act, 3.7 gpa, umm, alright ECs, nothin special, and alright essays, from what he says. im surprised he didnt get an acceptance, because he applied very, very early.</p>
<p>At our school, 3 people who took 1-2 honors classes sophomore year and 1 AP junior year with 3.8s and 26 ACTs got in.</p>
<p>Umich needs to alter the system, badly. Weigh APs, PLEASE!</p>
<p>Your not deferred...unless your deferred. Maybe they lost somethign in his app or they are waiting on October ACT retakes (or SAT retakes)?</p>
<p>I've noticed in all of the acceptance posts that only 3.8s or above got accepted.</p>
