I replied Early Response and was deferred. Has anyone who's been deferred received a decision yet? When do those come out?

Nope, my D was also deferred ER and hasn't heard either. I think mid-April from what I've heard/read.

My D was deferred ER, but accepted a few weeks ago (LSA - OOS).

2forcollege, what were her stats?

She was on the low end of the midrange for OOS (CCwise), but she had special circumstances (serious illness...thankfully fine now). Her ECs and recs were good and I thought her essays were really outstanding. She did send her midyear grades with an interesting letter update.

I'm glad your daughter is ok now. She sounds similar to my D re stats. My D also sent a letter and midyears, but no word yet.

so, I called the admissions office and they said that the final decision on deferred applicants will not be available till mid - to late april. Not sure if this is just a generic timeline they give.

It is unfortunate if that is accurate - since it will basically rule UofM out for my daughter. That is too late to make a decision.

yeah that's way too late for me as well. michigan was at the bottom of my list anyways. i'm out of state and could never afford it without really good financial aid

Have any deferred students received decisions yet? I know they're supposed to respond by April 15...

I received my acceptance a week and a half ago.
