What is the acceptance rate of students deferred by WashU ED, and how likely is it that an ED deferred student is likely to get into the university. Any insight would be great, thanks in advance :D

50 views and nothin...there's gotta be somebody out there tha knows some info on this..pleaseeee....BUmPPP

I would say that your chances are a bit better than average if you got a deferral - they didn't reject you, and they know you're interested in the school since you applied ED (and interest definitely counts here). I don't really have any inside information on that sort of thing though. Best of luck with the RD round!

To the best of my recollection (D is now a freshman) there were about 4 at her school who were deferred RD (I don't know about ED). I know at least 2 later got in.

thanks for the info guys...if anyone knws anything pertaining to the matter that would be great :).....if anyone knew a sort of percetage accepted too that would be awesome

@hehs503434 Hey, I’m in the same boat right now. Do you have any new information or experience regarding WashU deferrals now? My stats fit right in with the people who got accepted… However, I’m considered an international applicant (I hold Canadian citizenship even though I have now lived in the US for 6 years… the green card line is so long >_<). Any help would be appreciated

This thread is almost 6 years old, you won’t get any help from them.

Closing thread for the above reason.
