Deferred! What do I DO!?

<p>I was deferred from my first choice Vermont. </p>

<p>2007 senior at Radnor High School and i was wondering what my chances are for attending UVM after deferral here are my stats:</p>

<p>OOS</p>

<p>GPA: 3.0 Weighted 2.9 unweighted</p>

<p>SAT: 1180 - 580 math - 600 verbal</p>

<p>Extras:</p>

<p>4 yr Varsity XC (captian) and Indoor Track
3 yr Varsity Outdoor Track
Battle of the Bands Committee - Hurricane Katrina Fundraiser
Marching Band and Concert Band 4 yrs
Spanish Club 1 yr
Climbed Mt. Rainier in summer of 2005</p>

<p>Intrested in Environmental Studies/Science major</p>

<p>1st Qtr Grades - 3.4 GPA sent to school during EA and will send 1 Semester Grades which im hoping to around there or higher.</p>

<p>Also my essay pertained to Rainier and how it shaped who I am today including a little comparision to how college will be similar to my summit of the mountain. Other activities include Telemark Skiing and Rock Climbing in addition to mountaineering.</p>
