think i still have a possibility of getting in?

You have nice SAT scores, especially if writing isn't counted. Your average seems like it doesn't correspond w/ your high SAT's. Did you have a tough courseload or go to a tough high school? I'm surprised they didn't accept you (yet). good luck

if your waitlisted.. VISIT BING!!! I cannot stress that enough. I was waitisted, and I visited binghamton on a weekend and on may 6th I got a letter and a call from the admissions office that I was accepted. VISIT!!!!!!!

i don't want to rub it in your face... but i got in... 88 gpa (3.3) 1240 SAT (600v 640 m) good essay/ reference/ ECs

but what I reccomended to friends of mine (that is if you are still interested) is to call... call like EVERYDAY... say how interested you are... how u love bing.. etc etc...

When i went to visit bing, it happened to be parents weekend. We met a girl and her parents, and apparently this girl was weightlisted at bing, but got into albany. Stayed on the weightlist, didn't hear in may, june, july, aug... the day before she was set to go to Albany, bing calls her, and well... she went w/ it! she is at bing now and loves it.... so yeah... u never know....

OP, you should follow the above poster's advice. My luck is with you! I know a lot of people who turned down Bing this year (myself included), so I'm sure there are plenty of spots open! :D
