Deferring Acceptance as a Transfer

After being run through the rollercoaster with Wake Forest, I am sitting here enrolled at both UNC-CH and Wake. I've missed 2 weeks of classes at Wake Forest after accepting a spot as a transfer late this summer. I cannot get the administration to do anything and I am really becoming frustrated. I explained to them that I was taking classes at UNC-CH while trying to figure out if I could get the classes for B school. I finally contacted the professor of the class I needed and he said I could add it, which would allow me to move. He forwarded an email to the registrar to add it, as did the Dean of Calloway B school. However, here it is Sunday and they haven't responded to me or the Prof and Dean. I also am supposed to pay my tuition by tomorrow at noon or I get all my classes cancelled. Obviously, I can't come up with a check of $20,000 by tomorrow as I'm out of town and no parents are nearby, plus I cannot get the administration to respond to jack.

I want to transfer to Wake, but it seems like I've hit a road block and nothing is going on.

Are transfers allowed to defer our admission till the spring? It just seems like at this point, moving in late and playing catchup on the 4 classes I've missed 2 weeks of would just bury me with work that I can't possibly complete along with whatever else is coming. Not to mention Wake is known as Work Forest.

Would I be able to defer my acceptance till the spring so I can just move during Christmas and hopefully be able to get everything in order before I arrive on campus? Reapplying and hoping to get in in the spring is probably not an option, as I am taking three very difficult pre-recs for B school at UNC-CH, and the chances I pull a 3.4-3.5 in all of those are very slim. I was just wondering if they would hold my spot until the spring. I don't know if transfers can do that like freshman applicants can chose to do.
