Deferring Enrollment to Summer 2021

I have been admitted to college of engineering at UP for Summer session this year. With everything going on with the COVID 19 pandemic I was wondering if it’s possible to defer my enrollment to summer of 2021? I couldn’t find anything on the Penn State website. I already paid the deposit and committed to Penn State as my school of choice.

If you are a first-year student and you have accepted your offer of admission and paid your deposit, you can defer your offer of admission for up to one year from that fall semester. Please submit the request in writing to admissions@psu.edu with the Subject Line: Deferral Request.
