<p>Do some colleges consider you a transfer if you have college credits from courses you took before graduating HS?</p>
<p>I'm part of a national elite program allowing students to start working on their college degree while still in high school (usually not permitted by EU law), which means that when I graduate HS, I will already have earned 30 college credits in political and economic science.</p>
<p>I have always assumed that a tranfer is someone who earned their credits after graduating high school, but after reading a few universities admission policies, I've gotten confused.
Are there schools that consider you a transfer if you have college credits earned while still in HS?</p>
