so recently college apps went out and i applied to UCI,UCD,and UCSB. i recently received a letter from UC San Diego offering me an potential spot for their academic connections pre-college residential programs for summer 2016. It cited me as “high-achieving student”. Can someone explain what this necessarily means? If UCSD views me as this does that mean my chances of being admitted to the above colleges might be enhanced?
