Has anyone’s portal updated since yesterday with the details on acceptances?

we also received email last night have not heard anything else since. My d lives in NJ

Portal is not updated

Have learned portal will be updated after 5:00 pm today. (Our D was told the e-mail had been sent to her, but she had not rec’d it. She went to the on-line chat throughout the day today and they just told her the portal will be updated just after 5:00 p.m.)

Just tried to do the online chat and the chat person said hello how can I help you and once I typed in my question they never answered. I finally got disconnected and then tried to do the chat again and now no one answers at all.
@waiting2hear, did she check her spam folder?

My D portal was updated. Does anyone know how you can determine if there is any merit $ or do you have to wait to receive the letter?

Did everyone who hasn’t heard yet get the email? Were you all into your 12th week yet? My son still hasn’t heard and it’ll be 12 weeks next week. Just checked portal and nothing updated. So frustrating.

My D was in her 12th week per UD receiving all materials. She received email yesterday and portal updated tonight.

titans76:
From a post on another thread " Once you log in and the you get the congratulations message, go to the right. Under my Check List there is a blue box. The first item listed is “My awards and Financing”. Under it says “View My FAAN”. Click on that and it will bring you to financial overview page. about 1/2 way down you will see the award listed". Hope this answers your question.

I tried this, but i found this instead " Fall admits who have filed the FAFSA will have their award eligibility available at this site from the My Awards and Financing -> FAAN (Fin. Aid Award Notice) link in mid-March.". I dont think we will see awards yet.

You do not need to submit FAFSA to receive merit awards. Unless things have changed if a merit award is offered it will be located as explained above.

Oh, i couldnt find it, im guessing i didnt recieve any merit aid, bummer.

D awarded merit aid. $7500 a year. Exactly 12 weeks since her application was complete. Glad that wait is over!

D awarded $9,000 - unexpected so nice surprise. She applied the week between Christmas and New Year. I think we’ve now heard from all the schools that notify people early and think there will be a long wait until we get the rest of the answers.

How do you know what major you were accepted into? Is it on the right hand side under “I am interested in”? I think my D had three options and now it only lists Engineering, so I assume that is the program she was accepted into. Also, how do you know if you got into honors? She received a scholarship, but I did not see a mention of Honors.

The Congratulations message on the portal would indicate if a student was accepted into the Honors Program. If this is not included you can assume your D was accepted to UD but not into the Honors Program. I would assume if Engineering was the only major listed that your D was accepted into that major. This will definitively be identified in the acceptance letter she will get in the mail as part of the acceptance package.

D accepted! ( we never had rec’d the e-mail, but was told by on-line chat she would be notified at 5:00 pm today on the portal) Only $4,000 award…OOS. 9 weeks for application (sent 12/2). She is excited…we are now poor…
but she is thrilled!

I was accepted Regular admission through an email first. I am out-of-state ¶ and was accepted into the Pre-vet and Animal biosciences major. 31 ACT, 3.7 GPA. $7,500 in merit aid. Applied early January and heard back on February 6. Super excited and most likely going to attend!

Where do you guys see merit aid? Did I miss something?
Edit: NEver mind, figured it out, 9k in merit aid.

Has anyone heard about anybody NOT being accepted yet? All I’ve heard about are acceptances…
