Deleting ACT scores

Hey,
I know that the ACT allows you to delete scores. I took the ACT twice (First time C33 E34 M30 R33 S33 second time C34 E34 M33 R34 S33) While my first score is good, it has no scores better than the ones on my second attempt and it has that score of 30 in math. I am a little worried that, since I am applying as an engineering major, some schools that require all scores might see this as a demonstration of weakness in math.
Does a lower score hurt my application? Should I delete my first score? Can schools see if someone has deleted a score? Does deleting a score raise any red flags?
Thanks so much.

Get a grip. You do not need to delete a 33 ACT (99th percentile).
