Seriously, how rare is this? I did a little search and found three examples. Do people who do this basically get auto-admitted to their first-choice school? I have this weird habit of browsing through amazing stats and test score just to be depressed.

Don't forget my high school hoomie Jeff Nanney who not only has scored perfect on both tests once, but several times since he was a freshman!!

wow . . . he's got it all . . . he even looks sorta hot in that photo.

Harvard is definately not bluffing. It is very reasonable to assume that a large portion of those perfect scorers, although good at taking exams, isn't EC-adept enough to enter Harvard. Personally, I know several 2350+ and one perfect scorer that were rejected by Harvard for precisely that reason.

My son got perfect scores on the following on first try each: ACT, SAT, SAT II Math 2, AP Calc AB, AP Stat, with more scores coming. He’s mostly been homeschooled by the unschooling method, with a few years of public school, but his practice test (Duke TIP) were phenomenal based almost entirely on unschooling. He did not do formal schoolwork or take classes when unschooled.
