<p>Harvard is definately not bluffing. It is very reasonable to assume that a large portion of those perfect scorers, although good at taking exams, isn't EC-adept enough to enter Harvard. Personally, I know several 2350+ and one perfect scorer that were rejected by Harvard for precisely that reason.</p>
<p>2400 is not the ticket to everything.</p>
