Denied/Academic Expectations Purdue

am i completely screwed or should i attempt an appeal?

What program did you apply to?

engineering… this is why i think im screwed, sorry forgot to mention it in my first post

Yeah i also got a similar decision that i need to appeal, i didnt think that having a 3.6 GPA and 27 on act was that bad, im also on a FRC team and have at least a hundred hours of community service and am apart of other programs

You can appeal but I don’t know how well either of you will do since the essay is important.

Ive taken most of the more rigorous classes that my school offers, and im doing better this semester grade wise than some of my past semesters. Should i attempt to appeal then and ask them to look at my 7th semester grades?

I think that my essay had to of been Good or atleast above average, i spent alot of time writing it and getting it edited so it had to of been the fact that my school doesnt offer almost no ap classes
