Hey, I had about a 3.33 uc gpa when i applied to these colleges, and well over 300 hours of community service, i filled up all my clubs and extra curriculars (i was on the robotics team when we won 4th place internationally, etc.). 1870 on the sat, 29 on the ACT, all AP and Honors classes since 9th grade.
Anyways, i think i got declined because i got a D in honors math analysis last year in the first semester.... this semester i'm taking
AP ECONOMICS A (1st semester.. it then switches to priniciples of american democracy second semester)
Principles of american democracy (2nd semester)
AP CALC AB
AP ENVIROMENTAL SCIENCE AB
Honors English 12
Graphic Design
Music history.

Last semester i got straight A's with a C in ap calc. My overall UC gpa raised to almost a 3.5.
What do you think my chances are at a ucsc appeal? I've gotten into ucr so far, and csun.

I'm still waiting for UCLA, UCD, UCSB,UCSD, UCI, and U of Mich. what are my chances at these? and if i get denied, would it be worth it to appeal to any of these, and show them my great improvement? I had bad grades somewhat because of personal issues, but last semester I made a huge improvement. What do you guys think?
