I got an email from USC saying that I was not considered for the merit scholarship, like further consideration for the Monk Family, Stamps Leadership, Trustee, and Presidential scholarships. Does this mean that I’m most likely going to be rejected to USC? Or that I won’t get any scholarships or financial aid? I applied for financial aid because I knew the school was need based
Should I just accept that I’m not going to be accepted to USC?

This doesn’t mean you won’t be accepted. Only 1200 top scholarships were handed out for the 28,000 who applied by Dec 1. And need-based aid is completely separate. Have hope!
