My son submitted his ED1 applicant to Denison. Curious whether anyone else has heard back yet.

Are you a recruited athlete? Also, do you know the date you submitted the application? Thanks so much! Also, did you get in?
At least in the past, Denison did rolling decisions on ED apps with about a 3 week turnaround on the decision. Merit awards were not released with the admissions decision in the online portal, those came in the hard copy mailing a week or so later. Good luck to all the applicants this year!

Our son submitted ED 11/12 and heard back 11/18. Of course, didn’t check until 11/22

Congrats! We are still waiting. I’m really curious how they do their evaluations, as it doesn’t seem to be FIFO as we submitted 10/28. May I ask if your son was a recruited athlete? Trying to see if there is a trend here - LOL. I’m a Denison alum and loved it!!!
Not an athlete recruit. He did visit in person twice. Glad you loved it and best of luck.

I just spoke with admissions and they said they have only released one round of decisions and to keep checking the portal.

I am dying here. I know it is so much better than, say, 1988 when it took months and months. But I am just way too anxious about this. I’m glad you called because that makes it a bit easier with the waiting. A bit.

Do you have any idea when they’ll release the other round?
I’m Hoping over the next two weeks or so.
I’ve heard next Monday, 12/13, is the next batch release.
