<p>what exactly does it mean by departments in the applications? it says Course Title then Department... so like for my AP biology class it would be the Science department? i just want to make sure and not put down the wrong thing...</p>
<p>Not sure what your particular app is asking for because you give insufficient info -- e.g., are they asking about your high school's departments or the ones at the college. Typical breakdown of a university:</p>
<p>University,which is the whole thing. The University is then broken down into colleges, like a college of arts & sciences, college of engineering, college of business, etc. Each college then is broken down into departments, like Deaprtment of Biology, Department of Chemistry, Department of English.</p>
