I am transferring to either IU or DePaul as a finance or accounting major, and I'm not sure which to chose.

At IU I don't have direct admit into the business school, but it looks like on their website that you just have to get Bs or higher in all of your classes the first year to be able to get admitted. IU is in state for me though so it will be cheaper than DePaul.

DePaul will take my old schools credits, unlike IU. DePaul is also in the financial district of Chicago which I feel like gives me better opportunities, but it's more expensive and I have to pay for college myself.

I know IU has a better business school, but I am wondering which seems like the better choice. Also, with which degree do I have a bigger chance of landing a good job.
