<p>So I have pretty much decided on Michigan. (yay!) but my parents don't want to pay the deposit until after we visit, (which is understandable) We're going to visit on the 19th of April & I know paying is a quick process but I've heard that housing forms become available like a week+ after paying your deposit. So will paying my deposit in late April make me miss the housing deadline or do you think the information should come in time? Also, I really want to do the Health Science Scholars Program but if I get my housing in at the last minute does that lessen my chances??</p>
<p>I really think you should submit your deposit now. The housing forms need to be submitted in early May and if you’re not going to pay until after April 19th and you have to wait a week how long does that give you to fill out the form? Also I think filling it out that late will pretty much guarantee your dorm in North Campus which is about a 5-10 minute drive from everything. I paid my deposit in December and still haven’t received my housing application.</p>

<p>@read: I’m kind of glad I decided to wait as I JUST realized I’ll never get to pay the in-state tuition price so now my situation got A LOT more complicated :(</p>
