<p>Has anyone received some sort of confirmation that Columbia got your deposit and/or acceptance reply form? I sent mine in a week or two ago and I haven't heard anything from them yet. Records show the check hasn't been cashed yet either. Should I call to make sure they got it?</p>
<p>As far as I know, they don't send confirmations. However, if they don't hear from you by May 15th, they will contact you.</p>
