<p>I was accepted, but the deposit site says: "Username / Password is not authorized", when I use my USC ID and birthdate. It doesn't recognize my application login info, either.</p>

<p>Never mind. I emailed my regional admissions counselor. Hopefully, I’ll get an answer tomorrow.</p>

<p>I called them on Monday about it. The admissions person I talked to said she would email it to the people taking care of the deposit website. It still doesn’t work for me, so I’ll be submitting my deposit by mail.</p>
<p>I was able to register today, but initially I had a problem. I entered in the student id and then MM/DD/YYYY as the password. Then upon closer inspection I realized they asked for MM/DD/YY (not YYYY). Then I was able to get into the system.</p>
