deposit

i know this is a very basic question, but i couldn't figure it out. so how do we pay the deposit online?

I couldn’t figure this out either-theres a credit card option but when I click ‘submit’, nothing happens…

to pay the deposit online you have to go to the admitted students website. once you fill in your personal details (and if you select the credit card option) and submit, a page will open asking you to secure the credit card payment and then you fill in your number…pretty standard actually. If it doesnt work, go back but dont reload esp. on the payment page because it might credit you twice over

POPKING, isn’t this the admitted students website? https://webapp.as.cmu.edu/ntia-deposit/index.html</a></p>

I’ve tried it, and tried submitting…nothing happens

yes it is…well i think you should check if all the infromation is filled out.
Otherwise just delete the cookies, history and stuff and try again; i dont know why but sometimes that works for me…i guess its a kind of reset…lolz…i should be more computer savvy if im going to CMU…

Did you guys get a receipt? I got one but never got a confirmation email or any response from CMU. So I called and they said that since I send in the payment online on the 15th, I should get some response by today afternoon. If I don’t, they should I should call them.

Hey, I just checked the CMU Where Am I In The Process. Under the Admissions Document Received, it shows that they got my deposit on the 15th. So if you want to know if your deposit went through, check there too.

my ‘where am i in the process’ says the same thing. I made the payment on the 15th too…i think the page that appears after the payment is submitted is some sort of receipt

Absolutely right. That’s why the page says print this out for your record.
