Depressed about grades?? Please help me what can I do

I'm a junior now and lately ive been feeling so depressed about how i did in my first two years of high school, even though my grades cannot even be considered "bad.". I guess the reason why is because i feel like i didnt try my best, and could have scored higher if i werent so lazy.

Freshman year: (Honors classes only offered for math and biology freshman year)
French enriched:A
History: A
English: A
Honors Physics: B+
Honors Geometry: A-
Gym: A-
Art: A+
Writing class(mandatory): A

GPA: 3.97

Sophomore year: (Max one ap allowed)
AP Econ: B+
Honors chem: A-
Honors history: A-
Honors french: A-
Honors algebra: A
Honors english: A+
Sculpture: A+
Gym: A-

GPA: 4.28

My cumulative GPA is now 4.12 (weighted). I am particularly upset about sophomore year, because i recieved several A-'s, and a B+ in econ when I was so close to making A's in everything. I did not do the work as much as i should have, so im really upset now for not trying harder. Also, gym is bringing down my gpa since its not honors.
Can u please tell me what colleges would be a good match for me? Obviously any ivy leagues are out of the question at this point, so i was wondering if i could go to uc berkley or georgetown or somewhere like those schools.
Also, what can i do to make up for my grades? I calculated that this year if i get all A+'s, my cumulative gpa will still only be a 4.3. Will colleges overlook my other grades if i improve this year? Don't colleges like to see improvement? I dont even know what to do anymore, and i cant stop feeling upset about the mistakes i made freshman and sophomore year.

You are doing beautifully. Please don’t stress so much. Grades aren’t everything a college looks into, and one b+ isn’t going to disqualify your ivy chances.

They’ll notice other things. If you do a lot of a language then you’ll be fine. They’ll also love if you take a lot in a particular subject. For example: 4+ years of Theater/Play Production. 4+ years of music, 4+ years of science, math, history, or english. They just want to see you do a lot of one particular subject.
