Im just very depressed because I will be getting 2 B's my junior year, one in a class that is related to my field(Biochemistry) and math. I really would like to get into UChicago, NYU, Northwestern, Cornell and NYU. Do I still have a good chance?

Don't listen to grapple, he's being sarcastic. Anyways, I think you have a good shot into those schools. Two B's aren't going to kill your chances especially if your GPA is in the top 10% of your class. For Chicago make sure your essays and recs are good because once you're within their ACT/GPA range, it's all about the subjectives. Good luck, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Yeh, I plan to major in Biochem. My ec's focus around that like the science research and the lab courses. Any other opinions will be much appreciated.

It's actually pretty sad that you have this sort of depression about your self with 2 Bs, you should probably work hard like you have been and hope for the best

Ok, i know everyone will ahte me for this, but thats a risk im willign to take:
(i just couldnt venture forth into the wintry cold air of threadlessness myself, folks)
what can you do with chess as an EC, besides becoming Kazakstan's national champion (I actually know a dude who was once this distinguished title)??
i founded a club and stuff, but its "floundering" (ok, heres a numerical line graph of attendees:0-2-1-1) is this good or just cookie cutter??
any opinions? ideas??
thanks a lot people
